To ensure a great experience for everyone, please take a moment to review my policies.

1. Appointment Booking

Reservations: Please book your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. You can reach me directly via visiting http://www.vagaro.com/flowwithjenny or call/text at 587 894 2025 to schedule.

Booking Fee for Extended Services: For services taking 3 hours or more (e.g., extensive color services, hair extensions, or specialty styling), a non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required to reserve your spot. This fee will be credited toward your final service cost. Without the booking fee, I may need to reschedule or decline the appointment.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellation Notice: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me accommodate other clients.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service cost. For extended services (3+ hours), the booking fee will also be forfeited.

Repeated No-Shows: After two no-shows or late cancellations, I may require full prepayment for future appointments or decline further bookings.
3. Parking

We’re pleased to offer complimentary parking with a private security code for your appointment. Please keep this code confidential and exclusive to your use, as our management company monitors activity, and misuse could impact this perk for all clients.
4. Arrival Time

If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule to avoid delays, and a late cancellation fee could apply.
5. Payment

I accept cash, debit, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Prices may change without notice, and payment is due in full at the end of your appointment.

Cash Payments: I happily accept cash, but I may not always have enough change on hand. I’d be so grateful if you could bring exact change when possible!
6. Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

My goal is to make you happy with your service! If something’s not right, please let me know within 7 days, and I’ll do my best to fix it. I don’t offer refunds for completed services, but I may provide a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.

Retail product returns are accepted within 14 days with a receipt, as long as the item is unopened and unused.
7. Children & Guests

You’re welcome to bring children if they’re well-behaved and won’t disrupt your appointment or my time with other clients. For safety and space reasons, unscheduled guests or kids without appointments may not be able to stay in the service area.
8. Personal Belongings

I’m not responsible for lost or damaged items, so please keep your belongings with you during your visit.
9. Health & Safety

Please let me know about any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., reactions to dye or scalp issues) before your service. I may refuse service if I think it’s unsafe for you or me.

If you’re showing signs of a contagious illness (e.g., cold, flu), I may ask you to reschedule.
10. Respectful Environment

I’m dedicated to creating a positive, professional space. Any abusive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior toward me or other clients will result in refusal of service.
